Berry Barn is a working retreat venue on the wild North Devon coast — minutes from Hartland Quay and the South West Coast Path. With a light-filled studio, sleeping for up to twenty across the Barn and Lodge, hot tub, fire pits and open Atlantic horizons, it's made for weekends that slow the pulse and clear the head. Experience Fire & Ice in our Scandinavian sauna and ice bath, under the start lit sky.
The Round House
A space that breathes.
Practice inside The Round House — stone walls, full-height steel windows, warm timber floors and natural light from every side. Floor cushions, Moroccan poufs, bolsters, blocks and blankets for up to twenty are provided.
And when the weather lifts, move outside to our 30-metre sea-view yoga deck on the edge of the meadow — open sky, soft grass underfoot and the Atlantic on the horizon.
Outdoor & Evening
Fire pits, hot tub, stars.
Evenings drift between the wood-fired hot tub, the patio fire pits and the meditation deck. Almost no light pollution — the Milky Way shows up most clear nights.
Cold-water dips at Welcombe Mouth, coastal walks to Speke's Mill, and sunset from the cliffs — all on the doorstep.
Nourish
A kitchen made for feeding a crowd.
Long oak dining table, professional range, larder and prep space — cook for the group yourselves, or we can connect you with local chefs who specialise in retreat catering.
Produce from Hartland farms, fish from Clovelly, sourdough from the village bakery.

Sauna, ice bath, hot tub.
Hire our 6-person cedar barrel sauna and barrel ice bath to complement the 8-person wood-fired hot tub — a full contrast therapy circuit set on a private glass-balustraded deck with open views across the meadow.
Available as an add-on to any retreat booking. Heat, plunge, warm — repeat.
